Jeff serves as the Director of Training Development with Clearview Training & Consulting. Jeff loves working with non-profit teams and facilitating experiential learning experiences. Jeff grew up within Christian camping and dove in head-first while still in high school. After post-secondary education in Toronto, Jeff served as Director for Manitoba Pioneer Camp for 10 years, and as Executive Director of Camp IAWAH for 14 years. As an avid reader and life-time learner, Jeff has acquired additional professional training with a focus on non-profit leadership. He is a graduate of Tyndale University and also obtained a Master of Christian Leadership through CREST, specializing in organizational change and self-leadership.
