We all desire a workplace community free of challenging people and difficult conversations, yet some conflict is inevitable on teams. In fact, difficult conversations are an amazing opportunity to learn and grow. Perhaps if we are not engaging in difficult conversations we are not growing ourselves, or we could be denying our team or others the opportunity to learn. In this interactive workshop we will explore how to prepare, initiate and embrace a difficult conversation. We will learn from those who have found a way to derive greater insight, shared understanding and hope from navigating these interactions well.
