Matt serves as the Director of Coldwater Canada, a ministry that facilitates wilderness adventures to strengthen faith in Jesus, develop character and cultivate leadership. He launched Coldwater in 2013 and lives in southwestern Ontario with his wife and four kids. Matt is passionate about facilitating growth, expanding limits and drawing the best out of everyone. He is a skilled facilitator, lives with a coaching mindset and is not afraid to challenge the process. Matt is an Arrow Leadership grad, completed an MA in Leadership and Management in 2023 and holds certifications in Leadership and Transformational Coaching.
